1. Overview

Titinok sells curated premium baby boxes containing essential items for newborns. Our boxes are available for pre-order through a deposit-based system. These terms govern your use of our website and any purchases you make.

2. Pre-Order & Payment Model

Our ordering process works as follows:

• Deposit: You reserve your baby box by paying a $70 deposit at the time of pre-order. This deposit secures your spot and is applied toward the total box price (approximately $600).
• Remaining balance: The remaining balance is never charged automatically. When your box is ready, we will send you a separate payment link. You review the final details and pay only when you explicitly confirm and complete payment.
• No surprise charges: We will never charge your card for the remaining amount without your explicit action and consent.

3. Deposit Policy

• Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before your order is confirmed and enters preparation.
• Once your order is confirmed (i.e., you have been notified that your box is being prepared), the deposit is non-refundable, as we begin sourcing and assembling your items.

4. Order Confirmation & Fulfillment

After placing your pre-order, you will receive an email confirmation. When your box is ready for shipment, we will notify you and send a payment link for the remaining balance. Your box ships only after the full balance is paid.

5. Account & Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order. This includes your name, shipping address, email, and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

6. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but any price changes will not affect orders where a deposit has already been paid. Product availability and box contents may vary slightly based on supply.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on titinok.com — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Titinok and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the site's functionality
• Scrape, copy, or harvest content from our website
• Impersonate another person or entity
