We want you to feel confident about your Titinok order. Here is a clear breakdown of our cancellation, refund, and replacement policies.

1. Cancellation Before Order Confirmation

If you change your mind after placing your pre-order but before your order has been confirmed and entered preparation:

To cancel, email us at hello@titinok.com with your order number. We will confirm your cancellation and initiate the refund promptly.

2. Cancellation After Order Confirmation

Once your order has been confirmed — meaning we have notified you that your box is being prepared — the deposit becomes non-refundable. This is because we begin sourcing and assembling your curated items as soon as the order enters preparation.

3. After Full Payment

If you have paid the full balance and your box has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis and do our best to accommodate cancellations before shipment.

4. After Shipment

Once your baby box has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds. All sales are final after the package is in transit. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before completing your final payment.
